We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager – New Business to expand our customer base across the HPE portfolio, with a particular focus on AI and emerging technologies. This role is ideal for a proactive hunter who thrives on building new relationships and driving growth through both direct engagement and strategic collaboration with partners.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and secure new logo opportunities across the HPE portfolio
Focus on acquiring AI-focused customers and high-potential emerging tech accounts
Proactively engage and activate channel partners and distributors to drive joint business
Build strong, trust-based relationships with both end customers and the partner ecosystem
Align with internal teams to shape tailored solutions and go-to-market strategies
Contribute to the wider new business strategy and revenue goals
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT or tech
Proven track record in new business development and hunting
Experience working closely with partners and distributors to drive pipeline
Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills
Self-starter with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
Nice to have:
Background in cold calling, telesales, or direct field sales
Understanding of AI solutions or experience selling in emerging tech domains
Sales experience in a specific vertical (e.g. Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
