As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing mid-sized enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on driving renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.
Job Responsibility:
Own and grow a defined book of existing mid-market accounts across the Netherlands/Belgium
Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions
Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, in collaboration with SEs and Customer Success
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to ensure renewals
Develop account plans aligned with customer business goals and technology roadmaps
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver value to customers
Track and report on pipeline, forecast, and account health using CRM tools
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience
3+ years in full-cycle closing roles
Proven success in managing and growing existing accounts
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS sales
Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies
Strong communication skills in English and Swedish (written and verbal)
Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers
