Lead the charge in enterprise SaaS sales; grow your career with a dynamic, award-winning team at a rapidly expanding global company. As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition, building and closing a substantial sales pipeline. You'll leverage your experience selling SaaS solutions to strategically position our client's platform to enterprise-level clients.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new enterprise clients
Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through outbound prospecting and networking
Craft and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the value and ROI of our client's platform
Manage and forecast sales activities effectively using CRM tools
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets
Proven ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective outbound prospecting
Experience selling complex solutions and building strong, long-term client relationships
Expertise in quantifying value and demonstrating ROI to prospective clients
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is essential
Proficiency in Japanese (native or near-native level) is required
Intermediate level English language skills are needed
Language proficiency is also a mandatory requirement.
