Account Executive for the Business Services & Media industry at Alan. Your mission is to lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR executives to CEOs across various industries. You will own the full sales cycle, drive strategic relationships, and deliver inspiring product demonstrations. You will also contribute to shaping product evolution, improving methods and strategy, and participating in growth initiatives as part of a collaborative team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers
Partner with decision-makers from HR executives to CEOs across Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30-300 employees
Own the full sales cycle: From prospection to closing
Drive deals and manage key customer relationships
Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
Shape our product evolution
Contribute to improving our methods and strategy
Participate in growth initiatives
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above)
Advanced level in English
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems
Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
Eagerness to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille
