You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process — from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close. You’ll work closely with SDRs, marketing, and other internal teams to build and manage a high-quality pipeline, while engaging directly with HR and C-suite stakeholders to uncover challenges and present tailored solutions. Your goal will be to drive new business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to the continued success of the Perkbox.
Job Responsibility:

Work with Mid-Market companies (100-999 employees)
Consult with key stakeholders (HR and C-suite) to identify business challenges
Conduct sales presentations
Negotiate contracts
Work directly with the SDR team to build a pipeline
Self-generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
