At Shakers, we’re on the lookout for an Account Executive – Enterprise to take our Sales team to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to help large companies (1000+ employees) scale their business by reducing costs and boosting productivity through access to the best Tech Freelancers nationwide, while helping shape the next generation way of working.
Job Responsibility:
Create, grow and nurture your enterprise customer portfolio, evangelizing the Shakers model and increasing conversion and repeat rates
Proactive outreach is a key part of your role, alongside the hunting team
Understanding the challenges and needs of large organizations and presenting tailored solutions that generate confidence and strategic value
Executing Account-Based actions to generate successful projects, while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, HR, CTO, CIO…)
Managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments
Reporting, metrics, and analytics: providing weekly activity updates and performance reports
Drawing insights and conclusions at the end of each week. Preparing and guaranteeing accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts
Building account plans for your clients and leading strategic prospection to expand their engagement with Shakers
Requirements:
2–7 years of work experience in technology consulting, B2B sales in the tech sector of high AOV products, or in startups/scaleups
Both 'hunting' and 'farming' ability to develop a portfolio of enterprise customers
Ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales
Familiar with the startup ecosystem and the language of the tech sector
Great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives
Confident, results-oriented, and data-driven
Show proactivity, ownership, and strong persuasion skills
Approach each client creatively, understanding that every enterprise has unique challenges
Nice to have:
Having an existing portfolio of enterprise-level contacts (C-suite / HR / tech leaders) is highly appreciated
