Job Description:

New Business Account Executive role to increase Airtable's footprint beyond existing customers. The role involves selling to commercial accounts in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full sales cycle including discovery calls, demos, negotiating, and closing new business
  • Understand use cases and sell across different industries and lines of business
  • Conduct calls to understand organizational structure, key decision-makers, and workflows
  • Become an Airtable product expert and provide cross-functional product feedback

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven closing experience in a SaaS environment
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
  • Growth mindset and extreme curiosity
  • Strong operational mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
