Job Description:

Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Property Owners and Construction team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the firm’s digital expansion and overall growth strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and managed an inherited book of business
Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
Opportunity to work on corporate complex premiums
Support and promote the brokers digital initiatives to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency
Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in managing real estate and construction insurance accounts
Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies
Ability to manage high-value accounts (premiums above £20k) with a strategic and client-focused approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives

Nice to have:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong business management and client service skills
Strategic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency
