Following our appointment as the exclusive catering and hospitality partner for the new London Museum, we are looking for an experienced Account Director to mobilise and lead this exciting contract. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for the overall performance of the account. You will build strong, trusted relationships with the Museum leadership team, key stakeholders, partners, and building management, while working closely with the on-site Green & Fortune team to deliver outstanding day-to-day operations. As a high-profile cultural destination, the London Museum presents a real opportunity for growth. Job Responsibility:
Deliver exemplary f & b operations across the Museum
Constantly review, innovate and deliver change into food and beverage programme
Be the face of the business across the site
Lead and progress companywide initiatives - training, sustainability, staff welfare
Lead on event sales initiatives
Liaise with the Museum team at all levels and manage the relationship on behalf of G & F
Recruit, lead and direct the senior team
Have good relations with all staff across the business
Ensure great relations at all levels of the team
Full P & L accountability for the site
Analytical review and report writing
Driving event and retail sales across the sites
Cost management
Work hand in hand with all stakeholders
Be Green & Fortune’s lead contact on day to day communications across both sites
Network within the Museum team
Pro-actively lead all current and future creative projects with the assistance of the Marketing and Partnerships Manager
Select, lead and support new business partners
Manage the existing team to deliver successful outcomes in line with the budgets
