Job Description:

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential. The role involves driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence and overseeing group/event sales for the Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali. Additional duties include up-selling opportunities, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
managing group/catering opportunities not handled by an Event Booking Center (EBC)
actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
achieving personal and team-related revenue goals
verifying business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
driving customer/guest loyalty by delivering service excellence
handling complex business with significant revenue potential and customer expectations
building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings
understanding the market, competitors, and trends and selling against them
negotiating contracts and closing business opportunities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
no work experience required
