Job Description:

Account Director of Sales responsible for proactively soliciting group, catering, and MICE-related business opportunities for Sheraton Melbourne Hotel, building long-term customer relationships and delivering brand values through authentic guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively soliciting group, catering, and MICE-related business opportunities
Managing all day-to-day activities related to MICE sales
Building long-term, value-based customer relationships
Preparing detailed proposals using Marriott Tool - MI Sales Companion
Negotiating contracts
Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new guests
Planning and conducting high-end site inspections and entertainment
Attending customer events, trade shows and sales missions

Requirements:

Experience in a similar managerial role
Proactive approach
Working rights in Australia
