Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end recruitment for Course Leaders, Program Leaders, and Industry Experts, including contract, part-time, visiting, and/or full-time roles
Partner closely with Academic Delivery, Learning Design, and Program teams to understand program objectives, skill requirements, and SMEs or faculty profiles needed
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality industry practitioners and academic leaders across domains
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline/funnel of industry experts, ensuring readiness for upcoming and future programs
Source candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, academic forums, referrals, industry communities, and direct outreach
Screen and assess candidates for subject matter expertise, teaching capability, leadership presence, and cultural fit
Coordinate interview processes, faculty evaluations, and final selection discussions with internal stakeholders
Drive a positive candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
Track and manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, funnel health, and stakeholder satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging skills, and competitor practices in academic and expert hiring
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for academic hiring, faculty hiring, industry expert sourcing, or niche talent acquisition
Prior experience hiring Course Leaders, Program Heads, Subject Matter Experts, consultants, or senior niche roles is highly preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior academic and business leaders
Excellent sourcing skills and comfort with passive talent outreach
Ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes—assessing expertise depth, communication, and teaching/leadership potential
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple programs and hiring timelines simultaneously
Hands-on experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field
