Job Responsibility

To provide friendly, helpful service to residents of House
To follow daily priorities & ensure that residence is kept to a “Hotel” comparable level of cleanliness in all areas. Cleanliness must meet a Seal of Approval
Deep clean and prepare units for new residents to move into
Deep clean of common areas including hallways, stair wells, lounges and laundries
Operating industrial washer and dryer
Sanitizing, sorting and folding House linens in preparations for guests
Making beds & cleaning bedrooms for new residents
To think critically about the way our cleaning systems operate and work with the Lead Hand cleaner to implement changes where they are needed
To continually evaluate cleaning tools and products and report to Lead Cleaner any that inhibits efficient, high quality and safe cleaning
To communicate all ideas that could contribute to the vision of House, directly to the manager and/or supervisor and to aid in their implementation

Requirements

Commit to 6 shifts + the additional training and orientation days as assigned
Be available Sunday evenings from December to March

Ability to perform a variety of tricks and grabs over 40 foot, step style jump
Park Jump maintenance knowledge

Job Responsibility

Perform the highest quality jumping demonstrations and landings
Set-up event venues including but not limited to the following – snow fencing/barriers, scaffolding, assist in jump finishing, a/v equipment setup and teardown
Assist other show departments as needed
Attend all mandatory training sessions or assigned online training modules
Act in a professional manner each day of work,Be punctual and enthusiastic for shift
Be dedicated to professional development through regular, terrain park jump training
Be flexible in your work schedule and contribute to your team whenever possible
Ready and prepared to perform at the level allowed by the jump and weather during the show

Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Ability to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces
May need to provide some of their own gear
Adherence to safety standards and procedures
No experience is necessary, we train all lift operators (including returnees)
Must be able to make quick decisions/use considerable judgment regarding safety as well as multitask and anticipate issues
Must be physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts
may lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner

Job Responsibility

Positions available include Scanners and Operators for both valley and learning area locations. You will be mainly Scanning or Operating Gondolas and Carpets
Provide exceptional guest service by offering helpful information and assistance with a friendly attitude
Validate lift tickets to ensure each guest has a valid product before boarding
Collaborate with other teams to manage lift lines safely and load lifts efficiently
Maintain and secure departmental equipment such as scanning devices
Promptly escalate any issues to leadership, including safety concerns or ticketing problems
Monitor passenger safety continuously while offering guidance during the loading and unloading on the Gondolas and Carpets
Report any repair or maintenance needs to the alpine office dispatch proactively
Partner with the Lift Maintenance team to understand proper operation procedures for Gondolas and Carpets in your zone
Follow emergency protocols when necessary, including contacting Patrol
