Job Description:

This modern, high-achieving Secondary School is one of the top Secondary Schools in the country, with outstanding facilities, excellent student behaviour, and well-established Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Job Responsibility:

Supporting students across KS3-KS5, with a focus on developing academics in group and individual interventions across a range of subjects
Aiding during lessons, helping students to complete their classwork and work towards individual learning targets
Liaising with Class Teachers to help pupils achieve their learning targets

Requirements:

A confident, hardworking graduate with strong academics across the board, including a 1st Class/2:1 degree from a reputable university
Previous experience providing academic support to young people
A keen interest in working with young people and motivating the younger generation

An individual looking to get stuck in from the start!
