Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ graded Ofsted secondary school in Hammersmith is looking for an Academic Mentor with a KS5 focus to join their vibrant and high-achieving institution in September 2025. This is a long-term, full-time role where top-tier graduates can inspire and raise student attainment. Responsibilities include small group interventions, booster sessions, academic development support, and assistance with university applications.

Job Responsibility:

Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across various subjects – dependant on your subject speciality
Support class teachers across different subjects and support students development academically
Assist with University applications & interview prep
CV advice

Requirements:

Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
Aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
Must be a team player
