We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Alma area. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver personalized behavior intervention services
  • Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills
  • Collect and document behavior data accurately
  • Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings
  • Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT course (required)
  • Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
  • Reliable transportation
  • Background check
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods
  • Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children

  • Ongoing post-training and support at assigned center, as needed
  • Observe, monitor and give feedback on skills covered in the first 8 days
  • Prepare new therapists to achieve competency of applicable skills outlined in the BACB Initial Competency within the 8-day on-site training period
