The 3PL Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing logistics and supply chain solutions. With over 12 years of experience in IT solution design, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS and enterprise integration architectures. Excellent communication skills are essential for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in IT solution design/architecture roles, with significant experience focused specifically on logistics, supply chain integrations, and 3PL partnerships
  • 10+ Years proven experience designing highly scalable, resilient enterprise integration architectures
  • 8+ years of deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite R12+ architecture, modules, and integration touchpoints (APIs, interfaces)
  • Mandatory expertise in implementing and leveraging the Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) for exposing and consuming services within the Oracle EBS ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Mulesoft, Boomi) and B2B gateways/EDI translation tools
  • 8+ Years of strong domain knowledge of SCM processes, WMS functionality, inventory lifecycle, and standard EDI transaction sets used in logistics
  • 6+ years of experience with Cloud platforms and modern REST API architecture design
  • 2+ years of desired experience integrating Oracle EBS with Manhattan Associates WMS or other Tier 1 WMS solutions (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP EWM)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders effectively

Nice to have:

2+ years of desired experience integrating Oracle EBS with Manhattan Associates WMS or other Tier 1 WMS solutions (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP EWM)
