3D Animator

Bring life and motion to our characters, environments, and creatures

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Animator in the gaming industry or a related field
• Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max)
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, posing, and anticipation) and how they apply to game animations
• Ability to create fluid, dynamic animations for characters, props, and environments
• Experience working with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and implementing animations into real-time projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment

• Knowledge of facial animation techniques and tools
• Familiarity with procedural animation systems or tools for dynamic animation
• Understanding of animation blending, state machines, and IK/FK systems in game engines
• Experience in animating for various platforms (PC and consoles)
• Experience in character rigging and skinning for animation
• Ability to adapt to different art styles, from realistic to stylized animations
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, MEL) to enhance animation workflows
• A portfolio or reel showcasing a range of 3D animations, particularly for games
