Job Responsibility:

  • IT support for Microsoft systems, Office 365, and mobile devices
  • Log & manage service tickets with precision
  • Troubleshoot network issues and workstation setups
  • Manage user accounts & permissions in Active Directory
  • Support Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint
  • Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory & Exchange
  • Experience troubleshooting networks & workstations
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools & excellent customer service skills
