Job Description:

Our client is an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP), recognised for delivering high-quality IT support and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support and act as the first point of contact for end users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide remote office support to end users
  • Log and manage incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Perform basic Active Directory user administration
  • Support hardware, peripherals, and meeting room technology
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd line teams with clear documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain SLA standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (MSP exposure beneficial)
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Basic Active Directory experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • UK Driving License Required

Nice to have:

  • MSP environment experience
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • ITIL or entry-level IT certifications
