Technical Customer Service Engineer

• Technical Management: Manage various technical administrative processes, including preparation of sales quotes, tenders, and handling of non-conformities and claims (mainly via email)
• Customer Relationship: Be the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff
• Build strong relationships and actively improve service levels to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams – including Sales, Production and Logistics – to ensure seamless and efficient operations
• Communication: Participate in both customer and internal meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration

• Young Graduate with a technical Bachelor or Master (e.g., Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related technical field)
• Maximum 6 months of work experience

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Basic knowledge of French is a plus
