As TUI Shop Manager you organize the daily operations of your TUI Shop. You implement the TUI Shop concept both in look & feel and in commercial and operational areas for an optimal customer experience/TUI Experience.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Organize daily operations of TUI Shop
Implement TUI Shop concept in look & feel, commercial and operational areas
Participate in omnichannel sales process
Apply procedures and sales policies
Monitor profitability and objectives of the shop
Ensure correct information flow to Retail Cluster Coach and shop staff
Assist Cluster Manager in managing shop staff
Stay updated on field through training, supplier contacts, study trips and networking

Vereisten:

Previous relevant experience
Ready to work as TUI Shop Manager
Driven, customer-oriented and commercial attitude
Open and honest communication skills
Bilingual in Dutch and French for certain regions
Team player
Hospitality skills
Communication skills
Solution-oriented
Understanding of customer needs
Ability to create fantastic travel experiences
