Process Engineer

• Project management: manage and execute specific project components to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Process optimization: identify and eliminate bottlenecks in production and implement improvements to existing installations
• Quality & Compliance: perform in-depth 'root cause' investigations for quality deviations and ensure all processes comply with strict regulations
• Innovation & Introduction: support the introduction and validation of new products and processes, including guidance for launch projects
• Technological Advancement: involved in the implementation of automated visual inspection systems and the management of Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Aseptic Engineering: document qualification work within a sterile, aseptic production environment

• Master in a relevant engineering field (Industrial, Civil, Bio-engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering) or Pharmacist
• Experience in a technical or operational role within an industrial GMP environment, preferably with equipment qualification
• Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and a team player
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Experience with methodologies such as FMEA, or knowledge of control systems (PLC, SCADA) is a plus
• Willingness to occasionally work in shifts or on weekends if projects require it
