The Recovery Medewerker gives IKEA products a second life, contributing to sustainability by preventing waste of raw materials. Working with product quality for the customer and the shopping experience in the Tweedekanshoek. Part of a team that works intensively together in various processes to extend the life of products by giving them a second chance.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Deciding how to give products a second life
Maintaining a well-stocked commercial Tweedekanshoek
Repackaging products so they can be sold as new
Managing spare parts used to repair and complete products
Considering sustainability consequences when deciding how to recover products
Representing Product Recovery, Quality and product safety awareness in the store
Supporting and executing tasks related to Product Quality and product safety in the store

Vereisten:

Good knowledge of the IKEA product assortment or willingness to learn it
Energy from contact with customers and creating a commercially attractive Tweedekanshoek offering
Good knowledge of using IT systems and other tools in daily work
Willingness to do physical work
Good knowledge of functions within the IKEA unit and how they contribute to Product Recovery, Quality and safety processes
Motivation to work evenings and weekends
