As a Medewerker Receptie Kassa, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring great customer experiences by assisting customers at reception and self-scan checkout stations while also undertaking other tasks across the customer relations department. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

greeting and guiding visitors at the reception
assisting customers at self-scan checkout
welcoming customers and engaging in conversations
performing physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and handing over items to customers

Vereisten:

the possibility to start at 5 AM for reception duties, as public transportation is not available at that time
willingness to improve physical condition, as the role is physically demanding
little or extensive work experience, as long as you are eager to learn
strong communication skills and ability to speak and write fluently in Dutch
