Functieomschrijving:

As a logistics employee with leadership ambition, you will start on the logistics floor, gaining experience and progressing toward a coordinator role. IKEA offers training through the Aspirant Team Manager Program to develop your leadership skills and network. The logistics team focuses on customer fulfillment processes and achieving customer satisfaction.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Starting on the logistics floor to learn about processes, colleagues, and IKEA as a company
Progressing toward a coordinator role once acclimated
Participating in the Aspirant Team Manager Program (ATMP) to develop leadership skills aligned with IKEA’s values
Contributing to customer fulfillment processes such as inbound, outbound, replenishment, and order picking.

Vereisten:

You have insight into your own strengths and areas for improvement and want to develop them further
You can inspire others and collaborate with your team to achieve great results
You maintain an overview and prioritize well in hectic situations
You persevere and work through challenges until goals are achieved
You are proficient in Dutch and English
You have an mbo working and thinking level, acquired through relevant work experience
You are flexible and can work shifts between 5:00 and 00:00, including weekends.

Wat we bieden:

All-in hourly wage including 13th month and 8% vacation pay starting at €17.25 per hour (payable monthly or during specified months)
Additional compensation for early morning, evening, Sunday, and holiday work
Collective bonus scheme up to 150% of monthly salary
100% reimbursement of public transport travel costs
Option for a lease bike for commuting within 5 to 20 km
Compensation up to €243 per month for car travel costs.
