Als Line Operator ben je de schakel in het productieproces van heerlijke kaasproducten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle grondstoffen op de juiste manier worden verwerkt volgens strikte recepturen en procedures. Dit is een veelzijdige rol met verantwoordelijkheid in een dynamische werkomgeving in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. We zoeken een betrokken collega met oog voor zowel het proces als het team.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Je transporteert de benodigde grondstoffen naar de lift en de cutter
Je weegt en voegt boter en kleurstof toe conform het officiële recept
Je bedient de cutter op de juiste wijze, volgens de geldende werkinstructies
Je zorgt voor de reguliere transport van het eindproduct naar de smeltmenger
Je bent bevoegd om werkzaamheden stil te leggen bij direct gevaar voor de veiligheid of hygiëne

Vereisten:

Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
Je hebt een scherp oog voor de geur, kleur, structuur en eventuele verontreiniging van de producten
Je bent bereid om een interne opleiding te volgen
Je blijft kalm en oplossingsgericht onder druk
Je zorgt zelfstandig voor de nodige veiligheids- en hygiënemaatregelen
