Functieomschrijving:

Je wordt blij van het optimaliseren van content. Dit doe je zowel door content AI vriendelijk te maken voor onze AI-Chatbot Billy maar ook voor onze interne kennisbank voor medewerkers in de winkel en op de klantenservice. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor interne communicatie op onze klantenservice. Je zal deel uitmaken van het Knowledge Team, onderdeel van het Experience Design (XD) team, en een belangrijke rol gaan spelen in het toegankelijk en relevant maken van informatie voor al onze medewerkers.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Optimaliseer je samen met interne stakeholders “VETA”, de kennisbank voor onze medewerkers
  • Draag je bij aan het verbeteren van de interne communicatiestrategie en -structuur binnen het RCMP
  • Beheren en (door)ontwikkelen van interne communicatiemiddelen
  • Werk je samen met RCMP Specialisten en andere stakeholders om kennis- en informatiebehoeften te identificeren
  • Ondersteun je specialisten bij het creëren van content en waar nodig creëer je deze zelf
  • Review global content en vertaal deze naar de lokale context

Vereisten:

  • Je bent een expert in zowel Nederlands als Engels schrijven
  • Je begrijpt het belang van goede communicatie(strategieën) en kennismanagement
  • Je werkt gestructureerd
  • Je weet doorlopend werk te combineren met het nemen van de leiding in specifieke projecten
  • Je hebt een goed begrip van de complexiteit van werken in een omni-channel omgeving
  • Je bent een positief ingesteld persoon met sterke communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden
  • Je beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden
  • Je weet vertrouwen op te bouwen in relaties
