This is a part-time customer service role at IKEA in Heerlen, Netherlands. You will perform diverse tasks including assisting customers at checkout, offering solutions at customer service, and performing physical tasks like goods distribution. The role offers flexibility with 12-16 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and welcoming team environment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Checking out customers while having a chat with them
welcoming and engaging in dialogue with customers, possibly helping them
assisting customers at customer service by always thinking along and finding solutions
performing physical tasks by being on your feet a lot, handling items, and distributing collected goods to customers
closely monitoring activities at Småland, even during busy periods with running children.

Vereisten:

The will to strengthen your fitness: walking back and forth all day and helping at goods distribution is intensive
little or lots of work experience: it doesn’t matter to us, as long as you’re willing to learn everything. Helping and caring for customers is the most important
good communication skills, you enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues. You are thoughtful and stress-resistant.

An all-in hourly wage from €17.25 per hour (from 18 years old)
