As an experienced Key Account Manager at Allianz Partners, you will analyze market needs, identify opportunities, and build sustainable trust-based relationships with clients and prospects, particularly Managing General Agents (MGA’s). Through your efforts, you will contribute to the further development of products and services in Travel, RSA, Mobility, Health, Home, and Energy Assistance domains.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Conduct market analysis to document market needs and discover new opportunities
convert leads into profitable collaborations
perform high-level negotiations and manage tender processes
ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to build trust
resolve complaints and continuously improve service quality
present products to internal and external contacts
lead technical, operational, and IT projects to achieve organizational goals
produce activity reports to monitor progress and forecast future plans

Vereisten:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector and with Managing General Agents (MGA’s), focusing on assistance products
minimum 6-8 years in a similar role or as a key account manager, with knowledge of insurance or brokers/corporate
strong interpersonal skills, including being social, communicative, and capable of building sustainable relationships
ability to negotiate at all levels
customer-centric approach with pragmatic and structured working methods
solutions-oriented mindset with open-mindedness and result-driven attitude
fluent in Dutch and English
