As an After Sales employee, you are part of the Customer Relations Team, giving you the opportunity to take on other tasks within your team. You report to the Teamleader After Sales. The team builds lifelong relationships with existing and new customers to stimulate revenue growth and ensure IKEA's customer relations policy is optimally applied.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Receiving and processing returns of returned goods
Handling complaints and finding appropriate customer-specific solutions
Gathering customer information and feedback to improve sales process
Supporting customers with additional services like billing, transport, spare parts
Correct handover of goods at pickup point
Collaborating with colleagues from different departments within IKEA network to handle customer feedback or questions
