Administrative all-rounder with commercial feeling. For a fast-growing player in passenger transport (e.g., for public services, schools, and tourism). You are the right hand of the sales team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Quote management: preparing quotes for various trips and projects and following them up closely
  • Order processing: registering orders and checking conditions (availability, scheduling, prices)
  • Invoicing: ensuring correct and timely invoicing of services provided
  • Customer contact (NL/FR): first point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering questions about schedules, prices, or specific requests
  • Problem solving: investigating changes in planning or questions about invoices and reporting back to the customer
  • Process optimization: actively thinking about how to make internal communication and administrative processes more efficient

Vereisten:

  • Fluent Dutch and French (speaking and writing)
  • Bachelor-level work and thinking or experience in a similar commercial-administrative role (Internal Sales, Customer Service, Logistics Clerk)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and quick to learn new company-specific software/ERP packages
  • Flexible, stress-resistant, and a true team player

  • Je stuurt en volgt offertes nauwgezet en proactief op met als doel ze om te zetten in concrete bestellingen
  • Wanneer het moet zorg je voor een correcte ingave en verwerking van de orders in het systeem
  • Je bent altijd op de hoogte wat betreft levertijden en voorraadstatus, en communiceert hier transparant over naar de klant zodat zij weten waar ze aan toe zijn
  • Je lost technische vragen en problemen op of schakelt indien nodig een interne productspecialist in om de klant van het juiste antwoord te voorzien.
