Frontline manager warehousing

• Daily coordination, planning, and supervision of warehouse activities (inbound, storage, and outbound) to achieve set targets
• Responsible for safety, order, and cleanliness on the work floor, in line with strict hygiene and food standards
• Leading and motivating a team of approximately 25 employees (forklift drivers, outbound operators)
• Actively monitoring and analyzing crucial warehouse KPIs
• Identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvement actions
• Daily work with and supervision of crucial logistics systems such as Easy WMS, SAP, and other logistics tools
• Performing first interventions for technical failures or IT issues on the floor
• Coaching, guidance, and evaluation of team members
• Ensuring correct and efficient staffing within the 5-shift system

• Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Automation
• Maximum of 6 months work experience
• Able to commute to Veurne or from the region
• Previous internship or relevant experience in a leadership or coordinating role within a warehousing or logistics environment
• Able to work in a continuous shift system
• Able to start from 1 March 2026

• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
