As a Travel Consultant, you think from the customer's perspective. Providing appropriate advice goes much further than just 'booking a trip'. Whether it's about a flying holiday, snow holiday, nearby holiday or cruise, you are the source of inspiration for the customer who wants to travel. Even after the trip, you inform how the trip was and can even think about the next holiday. In this way, we want to provide our customers with a unique holiday experience! You are part of our Flying Team and are flexibly deployed in your region.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Welcoming and listening to customer expectations
Creating a suitable travel plan
Informing the customer about accommodation options, destinations, travel documents, insurances, car rentals, airport transfers and other travel-related products and services
Collaborating with the TUI Customer Service Center to handle customer calls and emails

Vereisten:

A diploma in tourism and/or work experience in a travel shop
Dynamic, customer-oriented and commercial attitude
Excellent communication in Dutch, English or French
Ability to work accurately and carefully
Team player
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and/or Saturdays
Residency in Limburg or Kempen region
