Voor onze klant, een dynamisch bedrijf in de metaalindustrie te Heusden-Zolder, zijn wij op zoek naar een bekwame en gemotiveerde Lasser/Samensteller voor een voltijdse betrekking. Een praktische lasproef zal deel uitmaken van de selectieprocedure. In deze fulltime functie krijg je de kans om je expertise in te zetten binnen een industriële omgeving, waar kwaliteit en precisie hoog in het vaandel worden gedragen. Je zult een cruciale rol spelen in het realiseren van diverse projecten, van het samenstellen van complexe constructies tot het nauwkeurig afwerken van metalen onderdelen.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Independently assembling various metal constructions and components, meticulously according to provided technical plans and detailed specifications
Skillfully performing welding work, mainly using the semi-automatic welding method
Ensuring the quality of your own work by performing thorough quality checks after completed welding and assembly work
Actively contributing to an organized and safe working environment by keeping your workplace tidy and handling tools and materials correctly
Proactively reporting any deviations from the plans, potential bottlenecks, or ideas for improving work processes to your direct supervisor.

Vereisten:

Significant and demonstrable work experience as a Welder/Assembler in an industrial or construction setting
Strong technical insight
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical plans and drawings
Solid knowledge of various welding techniques, including ideally semi-automatic (MIG/MAG)
Good understanding of various metal types and their specific properties
Experience with TIG welding is a welcome asset
Experience with assembly and precise positioning of metal components is a valuable plus
Personality characterized by a sharp eye for detail and impeccable finishing
Hands-on mentality
Result-oriented
Able to work both independently and effectively within a team
Clear communication
Meticulous and proud of delivering quality work.

Prettig om te hebben:

Experience with TIG welding
