Analytical service medewerker

• Management and processing of incoming and outgoing emails
• First point of contact for customers about sampling and analysis results
• Following up on deadlines of customer orders and making timely notifications to the customer if necessary
• Checking and validating results that comply with recent quality standards (reporting)
• Performing administrative tasks such as labeling, applying legislation regarding food safety (notification obligation), (customer)specific reporting requirements

• Diploma in a scientific direction
• Knowledge/affinity of microbiological, biological and chemical analyses in the field of (animal) nutrition is a plus
• Strong communication skills, mainly via email
• Stress-resistant
• Flexible towards ad-hoc tasks and able to set priorities
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Very customer-friendly and focused on efficient service
• Able to maintain overview and work in a structured way
• Critical mindset and able to anticipate where necessary
