• Line management: operate, set up and quickly convert the packaging lines according to the schedule
• Process monitoring: accurately monitor the production flow and adjust parameters where necessary
• Quality control: perform all necessary checks and ensure correct registration
• Logistic support: safely move materials and products with the forklift or pallet truck
• Technical insight: solve minor malfunctions independently and support maintenance work

• Technical diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in the food industry is a big plus
• Willingness to work in a fixed 3-shift system (night, late, early)
• Accurate work according to procedures and hygiene guidelines of the food sector
• Solid technical insight and responsibility
• Inquisitive team player who likes to take initiative and work independently
• Handy
