Indirect Procurement Manager

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and develop robust contracting strategies
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
• Identify and capture cost savings opportunities throughout the procurement process
• Oversee compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing teams and a comprehensive understanding of procurement operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Fluent Japanese and Business-level English communication skills
