業務内容:

データエンジニアリングにおける先進的な分析技術を駆使し、クライアントのビジネスを支援します
ビジネス要件をテクノロジーソリューションに変換する
内部・外部ソースからのデータ収集と分析
データの洞察を通じたクライアントのビジネス目標の達成支援
データパイプラインとストリームの設計・構築
レポートツールとダッシュボードの開発
データサービスAPIの設計と構築

応募資格:

3年以上のData Warehouse/Data Mart/Data Lakeなど各種データプラットフォームの構築経験
3年以上のETL/ELTなど各種データパイプラインまたはデータストリームの構築経験
3年以上のSQL/Pythonなど各種データ操作言語の使用経験
個人または2～3名からなるサブチームリードとして、プロジェクトにコミットした経験
コミュニケーション力／クライアントフェーシングの経験

クラウドを利用したシステムの構築経験
Azureのデータプラットフォームサービス群いずれかを使用したシステムの構築経験

アジャイル・スクラム開発の経験
Visual Studio/SQL Management Studio/Synapse Studio/R Studioなど各種データプラットフォーム開発ツールの使用経験
Git、Azure DevOpsの使用経験
Microsoft /Data Engineering/Azure Developer資格保有者
Snowflake (Stage、Snow pipe、Taskの使用)、Teradata、Netezza等 Data platform製品、Hadoop on Windows Azure等ビッグデータ関連製品に関する知識・導⼊経験
Tableau、Qlik、MicroStrategy、Cognos、Business Objects、Dr.Sum、SAS、Hyperion、SAP BW等 MS以外のデータプラットフォーム製品に関する知識・導⼊経験
情報活用に関する業務分析（業務診断、業務改善提案等）、要件定義の経験
アナリティクス領域のソリューションセールス活動
ビジネスレベルの英語力

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting, or equivalent practical experience

業務内容

Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC) by driving new feedback, blockers, insights, and resources across territories
Captures core customer compete knowledge across solution areas and delivers back to product and engineering teams
Provides strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability to contribute to strategy development
Works with account teams to shape strategic customer win strategy and tailor unique Microsoft value messaging
Monitors and analyzes action plans to promote customer usage of key/prioritized Microsoft solutions/products
Uses knowledge of customer context, cross-solution, or portfolio expertise, and technical and market/industry knowledge to build credibility with customers
Leverages knowledge of programs and investments and proactively engages with engineering, product, and support teams to remediate blockers
Helps ensure consistency and quality of engagements through adherence of standards and best practices
Utilizes common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization to identify and engage customers in new opportunities

ソフトウェア使用上の問題の解析、及び問題点のエスカレーションと解決策についてのお客様との折衝。
新機能のテスト、及びお客様への提案。
ユーザトレーニングおよびアップデート会議。
Drives understanding of customer requirements, analyses and solves complex on-product issues, defines and create solutions that support tool deployment at customer sites.
FAEs work at the forefront of customer node development, integration and ramp towards high volume manufacturing and sustaining, the FAEs are responsible to understand customer node requirements and solve complex on-product issue.
