Contexte: Dans le cadre d’un projet industriel complexe de type gigafactory, le poste consiste à apporter un support au Contract Management pour la gestion des marchés de travaux, fournitures et services, en coordination avec les équipes projet, techniques, planning, procurement et juridiques.

Responsabilités:

  • Suivi des obligations contractuelles et des livrables
  • Gestion des variations contractuelles et analyse des risques
  • Préparation de courriers et notifications contractuelles
  • Contribution à la sécurisation contractuelle et à la prévention des litiges

Exigences:

  • Diplôme : Bac +5 en Droit, Gestion de projets, Ingénierie ou équivalent
  • Expérience : 5 ans minimum en support ou gestion contractuelle sur projets industriels complexes
  • Une expérience dans l’énergie, les batteries ou le nucléaire est un atout
  • Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et capacité à travailler en interface avec de multiples parties prenantes
  • Maitrise de l’anglais requise
