Nous sommes une agence digitale en pleine croissance basée à Bruxelles, spécialisée dans la création de sites web, le SEO/SEA, le marketing digital et l'automatisation. Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un Sales Manager orienté terrain, capable de générer des résultats immédiats avant de structurer et de diriger notre futur département commercial. Ce poste est conçu pour un profil ambitieux : vous commencez par la vente directe pour devenir, à court terme (12-18 mois), notre Head of Sales.

Responsabilités:

  • Phase 1 : Développement Commercial & Vente Directe - Prospection active via cold calling, porte-à-porte et visites en entreprises
  • Vente de solutions digitales (Web, SEO, CRM, Social Media)
  • Closing des leads, gestion des relances et finalisation des contrats
  • Gestion de pipeline via CRM
  • Phase 2 : Leadership & Structuration (Évolution vers Head of Sales) - Recrutement de collaborateurs commerciaux
  • Management, formation et accompagnement sur le terrain de l'équipe
  • Création des scripts de vente, des argumentaires et définition des processus commerciaux
  • Pilotage et suivi des KPIs pour garantir la performance du département

Exigences:

  • Expérience réussie dans la vente de services digitaux
  • Tempérament de 'chasseur', autonome, résilient et motivé par l'atteinte d'objectifs ambitieux
  • Excellente aisance à l'oral (téléphone et face-à-face) et fortes capacités de conviction
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français ou du néerlandais (le bilinguisme est un atout majeur)
  • Ambition de construire un projet de A à Z et de passer d'un rôle opérationnel à un rôle de direction
