Contexte: Vous travaillerez sous la supervision du Chief Product Officer de Selectra, ce qui vous permettra d’être proche des décisions stratégiques tout en ayant une vue d’ensemble de l'entreprise. Selon vos compétences et votre investissement, vous pourrez gagner rapidement en responsabilité. La grande variété des missions vous permettra d’acquérir une compréhension détaillée du fonctionnement d’une start-up ayant bien grandi. Ce stage est une excellente expérience pour les étudiants voulant se lancer dans l’entrepreneuriat, le venture capital, le conseil, le business development ou le product management.

Responsabilités:

  • Amélioration de nos applications de manière générale (sites internet, plateformes de comparaison, plateforme de souscription, application MySelectra, etc.)
  • Suivi de projets, construction de dashboards, suivi et ownership de KPIs
  • Audit et amélioration des processus opérationnels de l’entreprise
  • Amélioration de notre plateforme de souscription et maximisation de la transformation des leads
  • Amélioration de la conversion par des actions de conversion rate optimization
  • Amélioration de notre webmarketing en SEO et en SEA

Exigences:

  • Étudiant dans l’une des meilleures écoles de commerce, d'ingénieurs, à Sciences Po Paris ou équivalent universitaire
  • Polyvalent, capable de mener plusieurs missions en parallèle
  • Fort esprit d’initiative
