Dans le cadre de leur transformation visant à créer des processus orientés client, uniformes internationalement et adaptés à leur monde digitalisé.

Responsabilités:

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des normes internationales de gestion des processus
  • Optimiser les procédures et valider les business cases
  • Mettre en place le pilotage des processus, définir les KPI et intégrer la voix du client

Exigences:

  • Expérience en gestion des processus et en méthodes d'optimisation
  • Bonne compréhension des KPI et des interdépendances
  • Compétence en analyse des causes-racines
  • Mindset entrepreneurial
  • Pensée holistique
  • Niveau B2 minimum en anglais
  • Apprécie de travailler dans un environnement interculturel et dynamique
