Description du poste:

Manager ERP Finance position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services. The role involves managing ERP finance system integration projects, leading teams, and working with clients to implement solutions using systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, or Cegid.

Responsabilités:

  • Manage and direct ERP implementation projects or programs
  • Manage on-site and remote teams (nearshore or offshore)
  • Recruit, train and support consultant progression
  • Work with diverse clients to meet their needs
  • Leverage experience to ensure ERP implementation project success
  • Ensure deliverable quality and respect deadlines
  • Participate in continuous improvement of ERP implementation processes
  • Conduct technological monitoring to stay updated on latest ERP trends and innovations

Exigences:

  • University degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance ERP system integration
  • Experience with ERP integration such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday or Cegid
  • Certification on at least one ERP system (ideal)
  • Proven experience in managing and directing ERP implementation projects or programs
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Excellent command of English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cost, timeline, and deliverable quality balance in complex environments
