Dans le cadre de notre plan de Transformation pour P&C Retail, nous recherchons un Business Analyst (functional analyst) pour renforcer l'équipe 'P&C Retail Servicing'. Dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie d'une équipe responsable du développement et de la maintenance de diverses applications utilisées par nos courtiers et employés internes au sein du domaine P&C Retail. Ces applications soutiennent les courtiers et le service client (Broker Front-end, Self servicing pour les documents clients, ...) et permettent une gestion efficace de notre portefeuille de contrats au sein de P&C Retail, garantissant une performance opérationnelle optimale.

Responsabilités:

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes métier pour traduire les besoins business en exigences fonctionnelles détaillées pour l'équipe d'implémentation IT
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Solution Architect, le Business Architect, d'autres Business et System Analysts, et l'Implementation Team
  • Agir comme point de contact central, facilitant la communication et assurant la cohésion au sein de l'équipe
  • Servir de liaison clé pour les autres équipes impliquées dans la livraison de solutions end-to-end
  • Participer activement à la préparation et à l'exécution des tests pour valider les livrables de l'équipe
  • Jouer un rôle actif dans les cérémonies Agile, incluant le Quarterly Planning, le Backlog Grooming, le Sprint Planning et le Daily Scrum, dans le cadre du processus de livraison Agile

Exigences:

  • Posséder 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de projet IT complexe, idéalement au sein d'une Scrum team
  • De préférence, avoir de l'expérience dans l'assurance non-vie
  • alternativement, une expérience dans le secteur financier
  • Démontrer une approche structurée et une pensée méthodique
  • Communiquer de manière claire et transparente, en adaptant votre communication à votre audience
  • Être capable de comprendre et d'interpréter l'architecture IT, ce qui est essentiel pour définir avec précision les exigences des différents composants de solution
  • Capable d'échanger avec les parties prenantes métier et les équipes techniques, en comprenant l'architecture, la business analysis et les implications des implémentations techniques
  • Développer et maintenir un réseau interne solide pour favoriser la collaboration entre les équipes d'AXA
  • Travailler de manière autonome avec un haut degré d'adaptabilité et d'esprit d'équipe
  • Orienté solution avec de solides compétences analytiques et une approche pragmatique, permettant la création de rapports détaillés et pertinents
  • Apprenant rapide avec un fort désir de connaissance, proactif et autonome dans votre travail
  • Maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais, avec une compréhension de base de l'autre langue nationale, et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
