Description du poste:

Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des processus RH afin de garantir la fiabilité des données, la conformité légale et une expérience collaborateur optimale, dans un contexte international exigeant et au sein d’un environnement matriciel.

Responsabilités:

  • Suivi et résolution des tickets RH en collaboration avec le Shared Service Center (SSC) pour assurer un traitement rapide et efficace des demandes.
  • Contrôle de cohérence entre paie et systèmes RH (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.) afin de garantir l’exactitude des données et le respect des délais.
  • Amélioration continue des processus RH : identifier les points de friction, proposer et mettre en œuvre des optimisations pour renforcer l’efficacité et la qualité.
  • Gestion des dossiers prévoyance et santé : assurer le suivi des adhésions, des sinistres et des relations avec les organismes partenaires.
  • Administration des avantages sociaux : tickets restaurant, épargne salariale, assurances
  • Support à l’onboarding : garantir la bonne intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en coordonnant les étapes administratives.
  • Suivi des effectifs : gérer les données pour un périmètre d’environ 500 collaborateurs, en assurant la mise à jour et la fiabilité des informations.
  • Reporting et indicateurs RH : produire des analyses régulières pour le suivi des activités et contribuer à la prise de décision.
  • Veille réglementaire et conformité : s’assurer que les pratiques respectent la législation sociale française et les politiques internes.

Exigences:

  • Expérience HR Ops / HR généralist d’au moins 4 ans
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau professionnel
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils SIRH et Excel (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP et fonctions avancées permettant des contrôles de cohérences)
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en gérant ses priorités en autonomie.
  • Souci du détail et respect absolu de la confidentialité des données salariés.
  • Curiosité, réactivité et esprit d’amélioration continue.
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et orienté service collaborateur.

  • Influence and guide HR Leadership, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Business Partners on digital adoption
  • Prioritize initiatives that drive organizational agility and alignment
  • Contribute to the harmonization across the America Digital Hub to ensure consistency and leverage regional synergies
  • Pilot the technology roadmap for HR (HRIS, CRM, etc.) strategy for Airbus Canada in close collaboration with global teams (Himalaya) and regional teams (HR Digital Americas)
  • Proactively lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence within HR
  • Scout emerging trends to replace legacy systems with innovative solutions that align with the company’s "People Strategy"
