Responsabilités

Répondre en interne et en externe aux demandes des clients

Réaliser des travaux de montage de manière autonome et rigoureuse ou selon les instructions d'un responsable hiérarchique
Être un des interlocuteurs privilégiés du client pour toutes les missions techniques
Exécution de la mise en service et de la réception des machines, le cas échéant avec les instructions correspondantes
Maintenance préventive et corrective des lignes d'emballage selon les listes de maintenance correspondantes
Installation d'optimisations sur nos équipements
Conseil et expertise auprès du client et de son personnel par le biais de l’assistance de production, de la maintenance et de la fourniture de pièces de rechange
Analyse des réclamations ou - traitement selon la procédure - du contenu des réclamations
Clarification des mesures à prendre en collaboration avec le client ou la hiérarchie
