Description du poste:

Au sein de l’équipe Production de produits, rattaché à l’agence de Toulouse vous occuperez le rôle de Field Engineer H/F. Vous intégrez une équipe opérationnelle dédiée au suivi de fournisseurs en gestion de crise et au contrôle de la conformité, de la performance et de la résilience de la supply chain.

Responsabilités:

  • Se rendre chez les fournisseurs pour suivre la fabrication des pièces et la mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires à la réalisation du plan de rattrapage
  • Coordonner les actions internes à mener pour répondre aux questions du fournisseur (traitement des non-conformités, mise à jour de définition, livraison des composants, problèmes qualité…)
  • Informer les Unités de Production des situations critiques et met en œuvre des solutions provisoires (pièces outillages…)
  • Suivre l’avancement des actions permettant de revenir à une situation nominale (relai avec les approvisionneurs et/ou relai chez le fournisseur)
  • Être force de proposition dans le processus d’amélioration et suivre les plans d’actions
  • Optimiser les délais de livraison sur les pièces manquantes critiques

Exigences:

  • De formation ingénieur en Bac+5 avec une spécialisation qualité ou supply chain
  • Expérience significative d’au moins 5 années en gestion de crises fournisseurs
  • Niveau courant en anglais
  • Esprit d’analyse, de rigueur et d’une aisance relationnelle
  • Maitrise des outils qualités, APQP, 8D, QRQC, SAP obligatoire

  • Conseil et expertise auprès du client et de son personnel par le biais de l’assistance de production, de la maintenance et de la fourniture de pièces de rechange
  • Analyse des réclamations ou - traitement selon la procédure - du contenu des réclamations
  • Clarification des mesures à prendre en collaboration avec le client ou la hiérarchie
