Responsabilités

Define HR business needs in collaboration with the teams concerned, taking into account transformation issues, organizational impacts and end-user expectations
Formalize the framing elements of HR projects (objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, resources) and have them validated by the sponsors
Lead co-construction and framing workshops (Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma) to develop innovative solutions adapted to needs
Manage the implementation of HR projects, whether related to business developments or digital tools, ensuring monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
Coordinate internal (HR, IT, business) and external (service providers, consultants) stakeholders to guarantee overall coherence and adherence between projects
Collect and translate business needs into clear and operational functional specifications
Monitor the different phases of the project, from design to acceptance, ensuring regular reporting to the steering bodies (sponsors, CODIR)
Communicate proactively on project progress, issues, successes and points of vigilance
Support teams impacted by projects through appropriate change management plans (training, communication, support)
Manage the effectiveness of HR processes within your scope, identifying optimization levers and proposing continuous improvement projects
