Responsabilités

surveillance des ressources systèmes (disque, CPU, RAM)
anticipation et gestion de la capacité des ressources systèmes
backup du Change & Release Manager
consolidation et analyse des données issues de 12 vCenter
production des reportings hebdomadaires
traitement des demandes d'attribution de ressources
gestion des demandes liées aux projets
remédiation des problèmes d'espace disque
mise en place de plan d'action mensuel pour garantir un espace libre minimal
consolidation des données de capacité disque pour les COPIL

Peut être amené à vendre et développer la mise en place de la facture dématérialisée auprès des clients
Prélèvement automatique (multiplier les pratiques de paiement par prélèvement automatique dans les établissements privés)
Gérer la relation client
Résoudre la créance crédit tout en s'assurant de la satisfaction client
