Chez AniCura, nous recherchons un(e) Area Operations Partner pour accompagner nos cliniques dans leur développement et garantir des standards élevés. Rejoignez une équipe internationale où votre expertise fera la différence !

Responsabilités:

  • Premier point de contact pour les cliniques sur les questions opérationnelles
  • Mise en œuvre des standards issus du global operating playbook
  • Analyse de données et recommandations pour atteindre les objectifs Balanced Scorecard
  • Contribution à des projets financiers (tarification, mix de services, analyse des coûts)
  • Pilotage de plans d’action et accompagnement du changement
  • Soutien aux initiatives orientées client (réservations en ligne, NPS, site web, événements)
  • Participation à des projets locaux et centraux, y compris formation et gestion du changement
  • Engagement des équipes et suivi des enquêtes Mars Associate Survey

Exigences:

  • Diplôme bachelor ou master (gestion, management santé, médecine vétérinaire ou équivalent)
  • 2–3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle opérationnel multi-sites
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

Souhaitable:

  • Connaissance du secteur vétérinaire ou médical
  • Expérience dans le soutien des équipes terrain

  • Monitor cross-functional initiatives to ensure they deliver measurable improvements in business performance, operational efficiency, and Employee Experience
  • Influence and guide HR Leadership, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Business Partners on digital adoption
  • Prioritize initiatives that drive organizational agility and alignment
  • Contribute to the harmonization across the America Digital Hub to ensure consistency and leverage regional synergies
  • Pilot the technology roadmap for HR (HRIS, CRM, etc.) strategy for Airbus Canada in close collaboration with global teams (Himalaya) and regional teams (HR Digital Americas)
  • Proactively lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence within HR
  • Scout emerging trends to replace legacy systems with innovative solutions that align with the company’s "People Strategy"
